RFP -2021978 BURGAN PETROL FILLING STATION

BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE PROJECT

KOC intends to construct petrol filling station at Burgan area (South & East Kuwait) and completion period shall be 540 calendar days.

Brief Scope of Works:

The project scope involves Site survey, slit trenching, design and detailed engineering, HSE studies, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Petrol Filling Station with all associated facilities in the Burgan Area of Company’s Operations. Approximate plot size of the Petrol Filling Station is 4300 sq.m.

Primarily the Petrol Filling Station shall include the following facilities:

• 2 pumping islands for a total of 4 gasoline dispensers
• 2 numbers gasoline tanks of 45,000 liters capacity each
• Separate office buildings for Company and Contractor employees
• Equipment building
• Canopy shed for pumping island
• Canopy shed for tanker unloading area
• Car park shelters
•      Advanced vapor recovery system, leak detection system, overfill protection system, wet stock monitoring and in-station diagnostics
• Vehicle tire inflation facility
• Fire alarm, CCTV, Public address and public announcement system
•      Fire-fighting system, water supply and drainage system, associated HVAC, electrical and LAN/telecommunication system
• Boundary wall and pavements
• Access road

The scope also includes future space provision for installation of 1 number gasoline tank of 45,000 liter capacity and 2 numbers gasoline dispensers.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE NEW APPLICANTS:

New applicants willing to participate in this tender may approach KNPC to include their name in KNPC category 6, type 24, sub-type A1 list. After inclusion of applicant’s name in KNPC category 6, type 24, sub-type A1 list, please submit your application to Team Leader Contracts (III) with supporting documents not later than 8th September 2017.
