 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES

1. BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. The Services comprise the leasing (supply, installation, testing and commissioning) of following medical equipment, with All Standard Accessories together with provision of Maintenance Services, Software Upgrade, Consumables :-

1. Upon delivery of equipment, the Contractor shall submit to the Superintendent documentary evidence that all the equipment has been received in its entirety without damage or omission of any item and shall produce the Certificate of Origin for the equipment supplied from the manufacturer stating the year of manufacture, Model No. and certifying that the equipment is brand new and not re-conditioned.
2. The Company shall retain the ownership of equipment upon Completion of lease period.
