SHORTLISTING ANNOUNCEMENT

INTRODUCTION

Kuwait Oil Company (referred as Company) invites interested Participants to participate in shortlisting exercise for PROVISION OF IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES

1. BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

                The Services shall include but not limited to the following:

1. Identity Governance Assessment and handover of related deliverables
2. Design, implementation, configuration, customization, operationalization, deployment, and commissioning of Identity and Access Management Solutions and Services (including Identity Governance, Identity Management, Privilege Identity Management, Privilege Access & Session Management, User Access Management, Multi Factor Authentication, Single Sign-on, etc.), and handover over of deliverables
3. On-Boarding of all categories of Company Applications / Services to Identity and Access Management Solutions and handover of related deliverables
4. Off- Boarding of all categories of Company Applications / Services from Identity and Access Management Solutions, in the event of Company Application / Service decommissioning and handover of related.
5. Provision of Hardware on lease basis for the conduct of Identity Governance Assessment and deployment Identity and Access Management Solutions, in case the Company cannot provision the required Hardware.
6. Provision of server and client based Software on subscription basis, for Identity Governance Assessment and deployment of Identity and Access Management Solutions, when the Hardware is provisioned on lease.
7. On boarding all categories of Company Applications to Identity and Access Management Solutions.
8. Provision of adequate number of skilled, qualified, experienced manpower resources both on-Site and off-Site as necessary, for support and maintenance of Identity Governance & Administration platforms and associated systems, as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
9. Development of customized content required for user awareness, for user level & administrator level e-learning.
10. Provision of awareness and internal trainings to the Company personnel.
11. Provision of accredited Vendor certification trainings and arrange for accredited Vendor Certification Tests by official Test Administration Agencies.

2. INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS

Any interested applicant who wishes to participate in the said shortlisting exercise shall submit complete shortlist application on or before the stipulated date of submission mentioned below.

The Applicant's submittal must be:

• Submitted as one (1) set in USD/CD (hard copy and email submissions are not acceptable).
• Submit the documents as single PDF files only for each sections (Commercial, Technical) Password encrypted “.pdf” file, Word file, Excel Sheet File and Jpeg are not acceptable.
• Each supporting documents is clearly segregated/organized in respective section. Company will not take any responsibility in segregation of attachments.
• Zip folder/ Sub-folder / Sub-sub folders within above MAIN Folder is Not Acceptable.
• The Applicant must arrange to submit the complete application either through courier or by hand and the submittal must be marked and submitted as follows:

3. TIMELINE :

Applicants are advised to submit the applications at the earliest, preferably not later than   One (1) month from announcement date.

Please note: Submission after the above-mentioned date may not be considered at Company’s discretion and decision.
