TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT DETAILS

1.                   BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

•  The Services shall include but not limited to provision of Operation and Maintenance Services to ensure the availability & reliability of Fire Training Facilities as further detailed in Appendix A to Contract Specification and shall include any and all work/services/resources which could be deemed necessary and as described in the Contract to complete the Services. 
• All required personnel comprising all categories of skilled and un-skilled as per the minimum requirements specified in Appendix B to Contract Specification.
• All vehicles, spare parts, materials and equipment, consumables, tools, test and maintenance equipment, transportation for materials and all other services whether of temporary or permanent nature deemed necessary for the proper execution of the Services.

• While the minimum requirements for the personnel and consumable/spares as specified in the Contract are to ensure smooth and efficient conduct of the Contractor’s obligation under the Contract, the Contractor shall provide additional personnel and consumable/spares as necessary to meet the workload and the Contract requirement at no extra cost to the Company.
• The Contractor shall impart on-job training to nominated Company personnel (minimum 10 persons) for safe Operation and Maintenance of Facilities for four (4) weeks duration. The cost of such training shall be deemed included in the Contract Price. After completion of training, the Contractor shall certify that the nominated Company personnel are capable to carry out the activities for Operation and Maintenance of Fire Training Facilities.

•  The Superintendent shall issue Service Order for the supply, installation and commission of Reimbursable Materials, which shall describe the material specification, the unit rates in accordance with Attachment No. 3 to the Form of Tender, Supply, installation, commissioning period and any other specific requirements. The completion period of the Service Order for any activity shall be determined by the Superintendent or his Representative in consultation with the Contractor.
