Notes to Bidders:

1. Brief Scope of Work

            The Services shall include but not limited to the provision of different categories of qualified and experienced personnel and Vehicles.

2. Condition to avoid Conflict of Interest:

Bidder shall note to comply with the following condition specified in the Tender.

1. Bidder who wish to participate in the subject tender, shall not have existing contract(s) for services or supply with the Company in the same area of Tender to avoid conflict of interest.

1. In the event of award of this tender, the successful bidder shall not be allowed, during the validity of the Contract, to participate in any future tender(s) with the Company for services or supply in the same area of Tender.

3. To access Tender Schedule, Tender documents, and other related information, the Bidders shall be advised to access KOC e-Business portal by using the string https://ebusiness.kockw.com>RFP-2103826

4. Instructions to the New Applicants:

New Applicants willing to participate in this tender may approach Chairman, KPC-HPC within Thirty (30) Days from the date of announcement along with all required documents.
