OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAULING OF CHILLED WATER A/C SYSTEMS IN AHMADI TOWNSHIP

• SCOPE OF SERVICES
• The Services shall include, but are not limited to the following:
• The Contractor shall provide a full and comprehensive operation and maintenance services including installation, modification, repair or replacement to the highest technical and professional standards, utilizing modern diagnostic equipment, tools, machinery and materials, which shall be within acceptable engineering standards for accuracy, quality and reliability.
• The Services shall include provision of personnel, materials, consumables, spare parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• The Services shall be extended to include: design, planning, installation, etc. at any existing or new premises for extension, modification, renovation works as directed by the Superintendent or Superintendent’s Representative.
• The Services shall include operation, inspections, modification, troubleshooting, up-gradation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and overhauling of the air-conditioning systems and equipment. Also, the Contractor shall execute the services to the new location/equipment as and when instructed by the Superintendent’s Representative at any time during the Contract Period. All associated costs shall be deemed included in the Contract Price.
• The Services shall include but without limitation of Two (2) Stages of work scope as detailed hereto;
• STAGE-I
• The exclusive Services shall launch starting from the Date of Commencement for a period of Sixty (60) months, whereby the Contractor shall perform the service to air-conditioning systems and equipment situated in and around KOC Office Complex and Ahmadi Mega Complex in Ahmadi that includes Chilled Water Plant C and Chilled Water Plant D.
• STAGE-II
• These exclusive Services shall launch after Twenty Six (26) months from the Commencement date of Stage-I for a period of Thirty Four (34) months, whereby the Contractor shall perform the service to air-conditioning systems and equipment situated in Chilled/heated Water Plant "A", Chilled/heated Water Plant "B" and Chilled Water Plant "E" and Chilled/hot Water Reticulation system and all associated air conditioning units in Houses, Company premises and social centers.
• Tentative Date for Issuing the Tender:  23/10/2022.
