• Brief Scope of ServicesThe Services comprise the following:

The Services shall include but is not limited to the provision of personnel, Vehicles, Sports Equipment and items complete with maintenance of the Equipment and the provision of any and all work which could be deemed necessary and as described in the Contract to complete the Services or as described in detail in each Service Order.

1.       The Contractor shall provide operational Services to Company’s social facilities by supplying manpower in shifts, and professional trainers.

3.    The Contractor’s supplied manpower shall possess specialized knowledge, expertise, sufficiently qualified, skilled, experienced and competent to perform Services to high standard and necessary to enable smooth functioning of Company’s Social Centers, Clubs & Sports Ground.

5.        The Contractor shall supply Vehicles for the operational and execution of the Services in the Contract.

7.        The Contractor shall provide a report on the maintenance Services required for the Sports Equipment in KOC Sports and Social Centers and any other Company locations instructed by the Superintendent of the Contract. The Contract shall maintain all Sports Equipment  with regular periodic preventative maintenance and repairing Services throughout the Contract Period to maintain the Equipment in safe state and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Equipment/accessories.

9.       The Contractor shall supply and install new Equipment for the Company’s sports and social centres for the gym facilities.

11.        The Contractor shall provide requisite spare parts, replacement parts and consumable items for the Equipment. The Company shall instruct the Contractor when the Services are required to be executed through written order specifying the nature, quantity and value with each Service Order Form.

13.      The Contractor shall provide any and all work which could be deemed necessary related to the new Gymnasium Equipment as instructed by the Superintendent of the Contract.

New Applicant willing to participate in this tender may approach Chairman, KPC-HPC within Thirty (30) Days from the date of announcement along with all required documents.
