PROVISION & MAINTENANCE OF CITRIX SOFTWARE, HARDWARE LEASING AND SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL SERVICES

• BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

This tender aims to provide Maintenance of Citrix Software, Hardware Leasing, Software Subscription and related support for the full KOC environment.  The contract includes but is not limited to:

• Supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of Citrix Netscaler hardware on lease basis inclusive of:

1. Citrix NetScaler SFP+ 10 Gigabit Ethernet Short Range (300m) – Single – 10 Nos.
2. Citrix NetScaler SFP Gigabit Ethernet Copper (100m)- 4 Pack

• Provision of new Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Premium Subscription based software licenses, which shall include software supply, maintenance and support services.
• Provision of maintenance and support Services for Citrix XenDesktop Platinum Edition and Xenmobile Enterprise Edition software licenses currently existing with the Company.
• Provision of On-Site Personnel.
• Provision of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates issued in the name of the Company including implementation and maintenance as and when requested by the Company.
• Provision of Citrix professional Services for the Software and Hardware implementation.
• Provision of Citrix Netscaler Application Delivery Management Subscription Services.

ONLY APPROVED BIDDERS IN KOC WORK CATEGORY (SE873 - CITRIX SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, HARDWARE LEASING AND SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL SERVICES) SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER.

                WORK GROUP (SE873) - BIDDER LIST :

Following is the Present Approved Bidder List: 

• BIDDER SELECTION CRITERIA Approval to Selection Criteria Application for KOC Work Group SE873 - CITRIX SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, HARDWARE LEASING AND SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL SERVICES. 

• NEW PARTICIPANTS 

1. Any new participants who wishes to participate in the tender shall submit their request for participation on or before the last date for submission of applications specified above along with all required supporting documents to Chairman KPCHPC.
2. The application for participation with RFP No. and Title shall be addressed to Chairman, KPCHPC and shall be submitted by the applicants in KPCHPC main office in the address mentioned below. Application to be submitted to: To: Chairman KPCHPC, Main Office KPC, Shuwaikh, Kuwait.           
3. Only those applications which are endorsed by KPCHPC as received by KPCHPC within the due date shall be considered. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the applications are received in KPCHPC within the due date and KOC shall not be responsible for delay or non receipt of application.
4. New Applicant in order to participate in this tender must fulfil the requirements specified in the “BIDDER SELECTION CRITERIA” above.
5. The applicant shall ensure that their application is submitted with all supporting documents . 
6. Applications received after the due date (as stated above) shall not be considered.
7. If any of the applicants does not submit the requested additional documents in time, as sought by KOC during evaluation , shall lead to disqualification of such applications.
