PROVISION OF ENTERPRISE MANAGED SECURITY SERVICES

1. BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Services shall include but not limited to the following:

• Provision of Contractor’s on-Site Local SOC monitoring and support personnel;
• Provision of the required subscriptions, hardware, software and tools & technologies for the Local SOC throughout the Contract Period;
• Management Reporting.
• Threat Intelligence;
• Cyber Security Monitoring;
• Provision of the following services through Local Security Operations Center (SOC) based on Company (KOC) premises and Global Security Operation Centers for security monitoring of servers, security devices, network devices, email gateway, DNS  and endpoint devices:
• Provision of Emergency Services including Security Incident Response & Forensics;
• Provision of Vulnerability Management Scanner for Systems and Network environment as well as for Web Applications; 
• Provision of on-Site SOC Specialist;
• Provision of Security Events log retention; 
• Provision of live search of Security Events on SIEM. 

2. DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT – 20 March 2022

     The submission of request by new applicants shall be within 30 days from the Date of Announcement i.e. the  last date of submission shall be 18 April 2022.

3. TENDER ISSUE DATE (TENTATIVE) – 20 April 2022
