THIRD PARTY INSPECTION SERVICES

 * All Requests for Participation must be received by or before the last date for submission of application mentioned. Any Application received after the mentioned date shall not be entertained and shall be rejected

• BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Services shall include but not limited to;

• Worldwide Third Party Inspections for equipment/materials at vendors/manufacturers facilities.
• Provide inspection services against Inspection Assignment issued by the Company for inspection of various equipment/materials such as valves, piping, coating, plates, vessels, etc. 

• BIDDER LIST

ONLY APPROVED BIDDERS IN KOC WORK CATEGORY 86 SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER.

• NEW PARTICIPANTS

1. Any new participants who wishes to participate in the tender shall submit their request for participation on or before the last date for submission of applications specified above along with all required supporting documents to Chairman KPCHPC.
2. The application for participation with RFP No. and Title shall be addressed to Chairman, KPCHPC and shall be submitted by the applicants in KPCHPC main office in the address mentioned below. Application to be submitted to: To: Chairman KPCHPC, Main Office KPC, Shuwaikh, Kuwait.           
3. Only those applications which are endorsed by KPCHPC as received by KPCHPC within the due date shall be considered. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the applications are received in KPCHPC within the due date and KOC shall not be responsible for delay or non receipt of application.
4. New Applicant in order to participate in this tender must fulfil the requirements specified in the “BIDDER SELECTION CRITERIA” above.
5. The applicant shall ensure that their application is submitted with all supporting documents . 
6. Applications received after the due date (as stated above) shall not be considered.
7. If any of the applicants does not submit the requested additional documents in time, as sought by KOC during evaluation , shall lead to disqualification of such applications.
8. In addition , send an electronic copy of your request complete submittal ( your submittal to Chairman KPCHPC) through email to HZAQQAH@kockw.com , vpawar@kockw.com and vrathore@kockw.com
