TITLE: PIPING INSPECTION SERVICES WITHIN PRODUCTION FACILITIES

1.BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of Services shall include but not limited to the following:-

• The Contractor shall perform the Services for Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM), Manual Ultrasonic Testing (MUT), Scaffolding and other associated Services through provision of personnel (total 88 Nos.) The Contractor’s personnel shall be available as instructed through Service Order.
• The Contractor shall perform the Services for the Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT), Excavation, Coating and Insulation on unit rate basis.
• The Contractor shall carryout all Services while the facilities are in operation. The Contractor shall perform Services at any location within the Company facilities as per the requirements of the Contract.
