WATER WELL DRILLING

• BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. The Contractor shall provide up to 4 (four) Water Well Drilling Rigs, Equipment, materials, rig site accommodation cum office and execute drilling and completion of Water Wells (WW) or Wells having similar design up to TD=1500’ in support of rig operations for Oil and Gas Wells, as required by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) at any location in the State of Kuwait. Provision of the drilling rig, equipment and related Services and all other associated items and accessories, their operations, repairs and maintenance are the responsibility of the Contractor.
2. The Contractor shall provide the expertise, all necessary tools, equipment and materials for the performance of the services.
3. The Contractor shall manage, direct, supervise, perform and control the Services and all associated obligations and operations including the provision of personnel, transportation, operations, maintenance and repair of equipment safety and security of all Contractor and KOC materials with all ancillary and associated items.  
4. The Contractor shall provide a dedicated Supervisor who shall liaise and co-operate closely with nominated KOC personnel to ensure that satisfactory progress and quality of the Services are achieved but shall be solely responsible for the quality and the timely execution of the Services.
5. The Contractor shall provide transport for its crew to and from the Site as needed. The Contractor shall be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading all loads carried by the Contractor’s trucks and vehicles. The Contractor shall fully comply with all the Company’s safety policies and safety meetings that shall be held on a daily basis and led by a supervisor with the Contractor organization. Records of all safety meetings along with a list of attendances, all certificates and documents pertaining to the rig & all associated equipment, vehicles, crane, forklift etc. are to be kept at the rig site office.
6. The Company does not guarantee the extent, quantum, value or continuity of the Services. The Services are to be performed on as and when required basis.

ONLY APPROVED BIDDERS SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER.

NEW PARTICIPANTS

1. Any company who wishes to be included in the above BIDDER LIST shall submit their request for participation in the tender on or before the date specified above.
2. The application for participation with RFP No and Title shall be addressed to Chairman, KPCHPC and shall be submitted by the applicants in KPCHPC main office in the address mentioned below. Only those application which are endorsed by KPCHPC as received by KPCHPC within the due date shall be considered for evaluation. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the applications are received in KPCHPC within the due date and KOC shall not be responsible for delay or non receipt of application.
3. The applicant shall ensure that their application is submitted with all supporting documents establishing their resources, experience and capability in executing jobs of such nature.
4. Applications received after the due date (as stated above) shall not be considered for evaluation.
5. If any of the applicants does not submit the requested documents in time, as sought by KOC during evaluation it shall lead to disqualification of such applicants.
