Important Information
Interested bidder shall note the following important dates;
Bid Issue Date: | 14th February 2021 (Sunday) |
Pre-Bid Meeting Date (revised): | 10st March 2021 (Wednesday) @ 10.00 AM at Kuwait Time
Pre-Bid Meeting (PBM) shall be conducted through Microsoft Teams (online meeting). In order to attend Pre-Bid Meeting, the interested bidder(s) shall provide their email address at least three (3) days prior to date of PBM to RaJamal@kockw.com and copy to HZaqqah@kockw.com with proof of purchased Tender Documents/Receipt of Tender Fee. Maximum two persons per each company are allowed to attend Pre-Bid Meeting.

Question Closing Date: | Questions closing date shall be 23rd March 2021 (Tuesday) at 3:00 PM Kuwait Time |
Bid Closing Date: | 18th May 2021 (Tuesday) |
- Bidders from time to time are strongly advised to check with CAPT for any new notices or revisions related to the tender.
- Bidder shall purchase Tender Documents from CAPT.
- In case any discrepancy between Announcement in KOC’s portal & CAPT website, CAPT’s announcement shall prevail.
- Bidders of KOC Category No. 38, who has paid Tender Fee in 2018-2019 shall also purchase tender from CAPT as well. Tender Fee paid in 2018-2019 to be reimbursed/refunded separately in due course, which is under process as per KOC’s policies.
