ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION MAINTENANCE AT SPECIALIZED AHMADI HOSPITAL (SOUTHWELL)

• Brief Scope of Work       The Contractor shall undertake to provide a full and comprehensive operation and maintenance Services including but not limited to the supply of appropriate (personnel, tools, Vehicles, etc.), the supply and the procurement of materials, performance of measured works, (installation, repair or replacement), routine maintenance (periodic or scheduled or preventive maintenance, overhauling, software up-gradation, etc.) of electrical and instrumentation (including fire alarm & low voltage) systems and all associated Equipment’s with provision of any Services deemed necessary to the highest technical and professional standards, utilizing modern diagnostic Equipment, tools and materials, which shall be within acceptable engineering standards for accuracy, quality and reliability.
