Title:   MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR BMC CAPACITY OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE AND DISCOVERY TOOL LICENSES

•  BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

The brief scope of Services shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:

1. Provide trouble shooting support, maintain, and update regularly all existing BMC Capacity Optimization Software Licenses (BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization Tool – Core) ,and BMC Discovery Tool Licenses.
2. Supply and install at Site of all new versions, upgrades and apply patches to all installed software at the Company Sites immediately within (1) one week of such versions & patches when officially released.
3. Minimum technical support personnel to monitor and generate reports, trouble shoot support, maintain, and update regularly all existing BMC Capacity Optimization Software Licenses (BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization Tool – Core) and BMC Discovery Tool Licenses.

• Bidder Selection Criteria ( Bidder shall be a business partner of BMC Software in Kuwait who is authorized to sell, implement and support BMC TrueSight and BMC Discovery Software. Bidder shall provide a letter from BMC Software indicating that they are authorized to sell, implement and support BMC TrueSight and BMC Discovery Software in Kuwait along with bidder’s registration documents with Kuwait Business Authorities ).
