MAINTENANCE OF ENGINEERING SERVICES AT SPECIALIZED AHMADI HOSPITAL

Brief Scope of Services

The Services include but not limited to the following:

1.1       The Contractor shall undertake to provide a full and comprehensive operation and maintenance services including installation, modification, repair or replacement to the highest technical and professional standards, utilizing modern diagnostic equipment, tools, instruments, machinery and materials, which shall be within acceptable engineering standards for accuracy, quality and reliability.

1.2       The Services shall include provision of personnel, consumables, spare parts, tools, instrument, equipment, vehicles, etc.

1.3       The Services shall include routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, annual overhauling, software up-gradation, upgrading of supervisory graphics, etc.

1.4       The Services shall be extended to design, planning, installation, etc. at any existing or new premises for extension/modification/renovation works.

1.5       The scope of work may extended to the Ahmadi Hospital and Residential Buildings for provision of additional operation and maintenance services, materials, measured works and manpower supplies, as per directives of the Superintendent of Contract.
