CLASS INSPECTION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES

 Brief scope of Services :

The Contractor’s scope of Services shall include but not limited to the following:

The Contractor shall transfer the existing Class of the Vessels in accordance with the Contractor’s current rules for classification and statutory regulations of the flag State. The Contractor shall co-ordinate with the existing Class and carry out the required surveys for transferring the Class, and shall issue certificate of classification, bearing the class notations assigned with expiry date to all Vessels specified under the Contract. The Contractor shall carry out Periodical Surveys as per Classification Society requirements and Statutory Surveys and Certification in accordance with Regulatory requirements of Flag Administration (Ministry of Communication).

Further, the Contractor shall undertake associated Services such as drawings review and appraisal, technical studies and review of technical reports for Company’s new shipbuilding projects.

The submission for request by new applicants shall be within 30 days from the date of Announcement.
