Title: Operation and Maintenance of Fire Training Facilities at Burgan, West Kuwait and North Kuwait

Brief Scope of Works

The Contractor shall provide Operation and Maintenance Services to ensure the availability and reliability of the Fire Training Facilities including the provision of the following:

• All required personnel comprising all categories of skilled and un-skilled as per the minimum requirements specified in the Contract.
•  
• All vehicles, spare parts, materials and equipment, consumables, tools, test and maintenance equipment, transportation for materials and all other services whether of temporary or permanent nature deemed necessary for the proper execution of the Services.
•  
• While the minimum requirements for the personnel and consumable/spares as specified in the Contract are to ensure smooth and efficient conduct of the Contractor’s obligation under the Contract, the Contractor shall provide additional personnel and consumable/spares as necessary to meet the workload and the Contract requirement at no extra cost to the Company.
•  
• The Contractor shall impart on-job training to nominated Company Personnel (minimum 20 persons) for safe Operation and Maintenance of Fire Training Facilities for 12 months duration, the cost of which is deemed included in the Contract Price. After completion of training, the Contractor shall certify that nominated Company Personnel are capable to carry out the activities for Operation and Maintenance of Fire Training Facilities.
