- BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES
The general description of the Services intended under this Contract shall include but are not limited to the following
- The Services shall include but not be limited to provision of treatment of Oil Base Mud (OBM) Drill Cuttings (diesel being base oil) and sludge (if any) collected during drilling of oil and gas (O&G) Wells and weathered OBM drill cuttings collected from previously drilled O&G Well locations using indirect Thermal Desorption Treatment Technology including all the necessary material, personnel, equipment.
- The Contractor shall employ 30% of its estimated manpower required for the Services as Kuwaitis.
- The Contractor shall provide and maintain Speed Monitors for Contractor Vehicles
- The Contractor shall install Weighbridge including routine preventive maintenance including but not limited to repairs, lubrication, calibration, replacement of spares / parts, provision of material, labour and all necessary tools, equipment and consumables needed for smooth functioning of weighbridge at all times during the Contract Period

Any company who wishes to participate in the tender shall submit their request on or before 15th December 2019 along with all supporting documents at the address given below. All application received after 15 December 2019 may not be considered for evaluation.

- The applicants shall submit the following preliminary documents:
- Experience of the company in the scope of services.
- Provide total number of contracts handled with the intended scope of services of the proposed Tender along with the name of client, duration, scope and value of contracts. (writing Confidential is not acceptable)
- Details of Resources available to handle the Project
- Details of Manpower (Organogram) including organizational structure along with their details of experience of identical services
- Years of GCC experience along with proof.Note:
- Submission after the last date specified cannot be considered and will be rejected.
- Upon review of the preliminary details, KOC will send a detailed list only to prospective bidders for submission other detail for further detailed analysis. -----------------------
