Title:   Well Testing and Associated Services

BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

• The Contractor shall provide the Services to test the existing and new development / exploratory wells using mobile production testing package , Sand Clean-Out Flow back Package for Heavy Oil Wells, Smoke Free Burner, Choke Manifold Flow Back Package and sampling collection/PVT services with different pressure rating (5 K, 10 K, 15 K, and 20 K).

• All equipment quoted shall be for suitable for services shall comply with NACE standard MR-01-75. The Contractor shall comply with the Company’s HSE policy.

• At the beginning or at any point during the Contract Period, all the equipment shall not be more than Twelve (12) years old from the date of manufacturing.All equipment shall be subject to Superintendent’s approval. During the Contract Period all equipment shall be undergoing annual certification which shall include but not limited to thickness testing & MPI by third party along with Hydro testing, the Contractor shall submit these certificates for the Superintendent for review and record.

• Equipment for (5 K, 10 K & 15 K) packages shall be available in country during the Contract Period. However, equipment for item (20 K) could be mobilized from abroad upon the Company’s instructions and the Contractor shall indicate the required notice period, time to mobilize and quote mobilization / demobilization charges for 20 K in the pricing schedule.

• The applicants shall submit the following minimum preliminary documents:
• Experience of the company in the scope of services.
• Provide total number of contracts handled with the intended scope of services of the proposed Tender along with the name of client, duration, scope and value of contracts. (Writing Confidential is not acceptable)
• Details list of Resources (such as finance + Equipment) available to handle the Project.
• List of skilled personnel Details of Manpower (Organogram) including organizational structure. Employees Qualification and certification of each employee along with details of experience of identical services
• Years of GCC experience along with proof.

Note:  

•  Submission after the last date specified cannot be considered and will be rejected. 
• This is a dynamic list and updates whenever any new company is qualified and listed in KOC Cat 19 A.
• Based on the preliminary review of the preliminary details, KOC will send a detailed PQ Document only to potential bidders for submission in detail for a detailed analysis. ------------------
