Title: THIRD PARTY INSPECTION SERVICES FOR DRILLING AND OTHER MATERIALS INSIDE & OUTSIDE KUWAIT

1. Brief Scope of Services

• The Services shall include but shall not be limited to Worldwide Third Party Inspection (TPI) Services of equipment/material at vendors/manufacturers premises, complete with inspecting and certifying the equipment/material and the provision of any and all services.

• Contractor shall perform TPI Services for Company's procured Drilling and Other materials. The services of TPI Agencies for other materials may also be utilized as-and when requested by the Company.

• The Contractor shall submit the service based on the Contract Unit Rates along with Inspectors CV for Company's review and approval before issuance of Inspection Assignment. On the other hand, in urgent circumstances Company may issue Inspection Assignments without estimate requirement at its discretion.

• The Company has the right to call for estimates or quotes for the various Inspection Assignments based on Contracts Unit Rates from various Contractors. Awarding of the Inspection Assignment to a certain Contractor shall be awarded to the lowest estimate with consideration to the Contract Not to Exceed Value and taking in consideration other technical factors approved by the Superintended.
