Brief Scope of Services

The Services comprise all types of, repair, construction, renovation and all other Works covered in the Contract, which have been further detailed in the Technical Specification and shall include provision of relevant layout design, schedule, materials, inspection, quality control, all supervision, labor, Equipment and all other work necessary to complete the Contract. In addition to above, Contractor shall carry out architectural design, electromechanical design, steel structure design including concrete foundation, column, cables, etc. and the Contractor shall be fully responsible for safety and integrity of the Construction
