CONVERSION OF IMMIGRATION OFFICE AND OTHER BUILDINGS INTO OFFICES IN AHMADI

Brief Scope of Services

The Services / Works (the Works means Services, and vice versa) to be carried out by the Contractor  shall include but are not limited to the following:

• The Contractor shall carry out office modification, renovation, enhancement and minor construction works at Immigration Building and other facilities located in Ahmadi area, which may include annexes and offices as further described in Technical Specifications.

·         The Company reserves its right to refuse payment for any and all unauthorized Works rendered by the Contractor and no claims or adjustment order requests shall be entertained or accepted under the pretext of implied acceptance by the Company unless the Superintendent of the Company had approved such Works in writing.

• The Contractor shall commence the Measured Works so instructed by the Company and shall be completed within the time specified by the Superintendent’s Representative on the Work Order Form.
