    1.1.2         Trellix Subscription Services:
     
    a)    Provision of Subscription Services for Endpoint Security Ent w/PTM sppt, which shall include software supply, maintenance and support services.
    b)   Provision of Subscription Services for Malware Analysis 2-Way w/PTM Sppt., which shall include software supply, maintenance and support services.
    c)   On Site Support Services - The Contractor shall provide one (1) On Site Support Engineer, considering that the cost of On-Site Support Engineer is deemed included in the Subscription Services Package at no additional cost to the Company.
    d)   Trellix subscription services should support the following operating systems which not limited to servers and desktops: Microsoft Windows operating systems, Linux operating system, Apple macOS, and Unix operating systems.

    Brief Scope of Services
     
    1. Provision AVEVA Enterprise Level Agreement Services, which shall include software supply, maintenance, software version upgrades, enhancements, software monitoring and Helpdesk Services, on subscription basis. 

    2. Provision of on-Site support services, which shall include deployment of the following AVEVA technical and administrative support on-Site personnel (including vehicles for transportation of Contractor’s personnel to remote locations):

    b. AVEVA Schematics Administrator (1 No.)

    The above on-site personnel are required to perform overall implementation of AVEVA technical solutions including design & creation of databases for various Company projects, creation of procedures, specifications and Company standards related to AVEVA systems, day-to-day maintenance of the system components and updating its data models, user support, customization etc. 

    3. Provision of AVEVA certified Training courses for Company’s users as and when instructed by the Company through Service Order/s issued by the Superintendent.

    4. Consultancy Services to provide business and technical advisory support on technology implementation best practices and any customized solutions for pipeline management, intelligent Plant & Asset modelling and 3D Scanning.
