KUWAIT INTEGRATED DIGITAL FIELD (KWIDF) JURASSIC GAS FIELD TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES

• BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES

Brief Scope including but not limited to following :

• Section-1A: Supply & Installation of fabricated modular skid based Integrated Wellhead Control Package (IWCP) consisting of PLC, RTU system, Well Head Control Panel (WHCP), Fire & Gas, solar power system, Emergency Shut-down ESD Valve, Choke Valve, piping works and all associated Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil works at Jurassic wellhead.

• Section-1B: Upgradation and modification of existing EPF -50 Well Head Systems from Non-SIL to SIL Rated (such as modification of existing RTU, new FGS PLC, Modification of existing WHCP, expansion of existing Solar Power Panel, new Field Instruments, New F&G Detectors, Cables and configuration of existing SCADA System as per Works Order.

• Section-2: The O&M Works comprise of qualified, experienced and skilled personnel on regular shift basis, vehicles, spare parts, tools and equipment, to carry out Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance of the Company's Facilities (Well Head equipment and SCADA Control Systems) located across the North Kuwait Areas

ONLY BIDDERS LISTED IN (SH954) SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RFP.

• NEW PARTICIPANTS

1. Any company that wishes to participate in the said RFP shall submit their request for participation on or before the last date of submission as stated above to the address given below giving the applicants e-mail address for further correspondence. Thereafter, a questionnaire shall be sent to the applicants, which the applicant shall fill in and submit with supporting documents within 7 days of receipt of the questionnaire.

2. Applications received after the due date (as stated above) shall be rejected outright.

3. The applicants shall submit the following minimum preliminary with supporting documents along with their application:
   1. Executed Contracts involving SCADA maintenance, design & installation/Construction including field equipment during the last Five (5) years of total value more than Kuwaiti Dinars 10,000,000/-- (Ten Million) specifically for Crude Oil or Hydrocarbon Gas Producing wells.
   2. Previous experience in executing operation and maintenance works by supplying manpower for more than or equal thirty (30 ) Wells with the following systems ( M/s Rockwell SCADA & RTU Systems, GE RTUs and HIMA PLCs, Wi-Max/Wireless Systems), with a minimum experience of 2 years within the past five (5) years

• Previous experience in Well Head Control Panel, RTUs/PLC Modification works and field support 8 (Eight) hours continuously on daily basis and also to provide 24/7 hour on-call services

• Based on the preliminary review of the preliminary details, Company will send a detailed shortlisting Documents only to potential bidders for submission in detail on several other criteria for overall evaluations.
• During the evaluation of interest to participate received from new companies, if any company does not submit the any other requested document for prequalification in time it shall lead to disqualification of such requests.
