1. Brief Scope of Services:

• Services for Assigned Projects which includes but not limited to the establishment of project and design quality control and other project management, risk management and contract administration systems and procedures, followed by engineering design work, pre and post-tender work and services, including the preparation of documentation, design documentation, assessment of tenders, pre and post-tender project management, construction management and contract administration in respect of Company’s Projects; Site Investigation Services; slit-trenches, boreholes and Consultancy for Studies Provision.
• Services shall be executed by the way of Project Notifications to be issued by Company.
• Issuance of Project Notifications is non-committal and shall be based on Company’s requirements.

• Instructions to the New Applicants: Consultants that are not invited and who wish to participate in this RFP 2082784 must forward their applications with all supporting documents, within one week of the Date of Issue of Mumarasa, to Chairman, KPCHPC.
