1.1 The Services shall include but shall not be limited to:

Stage I: Initial Interaction and Work Plan Development (interaction of key people and organizations , evaluate ‎the extent of waste generated in all company facilities, prepare a road map and a work plan for each ‎waste type generated at ‎and should be specific to each location‎ ).‎
Stage II: Review of Existing Waste Management (Existing projects, Reporting System and ‎all applicable waste ‎management Documents at The Company)‎‏.

Stage III: Waste and Economic Forecasts (the triple bottom line financial, economic and social implications of ‎identified opportunities need to be considered, Increasing efficiency by reducing costs and promoting ‎the economical use of resources; Providing cost effective waste and resource recovery services , ‎develop individual waste forecasts for all company areas).

Stage IV: Establishing the Strategic Planning Framework (gaps/issues to be addressed in the waste management ‎strategy, conduct training workshop involving all key Assets/Directorates ,‎ This Framework shall ‎typically include “Strategic vision, Status of the strategic plan, Scope of the strategic plan both ‎geographically and regarding which waste types are ‎included,‎Develop action plan with mitigations ‎and completion schedule, Key issues and ‎Objectives and targets based on cost effective ).‎

Stage V: Identification and Evaluation of Options ‎(Identifying, evaluating, and comparing different options or ‎alternatives for achieving the various strategic objectives).

Stage VI: Strategy Formulation and Implementation Plan (in this stage starting in formulation of the strategy, ‎which includes ‎associating and documenting the outputs and proposals from previous steps into an ‎‎overall framework and system for the future management of wastes, the setting of ‎priorities, and the ‎development of program for their realization , description of the main elements/features of the ‎strategy, in the final step in the strategy development and planning process, is to ‎prepare an ‎implementation plan‎‎).‎ The Consultant shall provide training for at least 10 (Ten) HSE personnel nominated for ‎attending the training program during stage VI and the training program shall be ‎organized and conducted in Kuwait which shall be deemed included in the Contract ‎Price. ‎
Stage VII: Closeout Presentation to the Company Higher Management‎ (After the ‎completion of the stages (I-VII) ‎the Consultant shall prepare a detail ‎presentation on ‎the study present it to the Company Higher ‎Management).‎
